Effective April 3, 2019, GSA is removing its SBA Mentor-Protégé Program regulations because of duplication with the SBA’s Government-wide Mentor-Protégé Program. The SBA’s program became effective on August 24, 2016 and has gained popularity as Agency Contracting Officers have become more familiar with the benefits of that program.
