John has 45 years of experience in supporting Army and Joint Service analytic and programmatic efforts. He has an extraordinarily broad understanding of the Army and the business processes used to support research, development, acquisition, logistics and operational efforts. He led the Functional Area Assessment of the Army Title 10 Equip, Supply and Maintenance Functions for the Commander, Army Materiel Command (AMC). He has 12 years of leadership experience at the Army Senior Executive Service level as the Chief of the Logistics and Readiness Division and Director of the Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity, the AMC Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics and the Director of Materiel Management at the Joint Logistics Systems Center, and 10 years of experience as a Department of Defense contractor leading a wide range of programs.
