Michael has been with Ferlise and Associates since August 2007. Previously, he served as a Product Leader for the Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software, and Service (CHESS) Project Directorate, formerly known as the Army Small Computer Program.
As a Product Leader, Michael oversaw the award and subsequent management of numerous Blanket Purchase Agreements and multi-billion dollar IDIQ contract vehicles. Michael served in key positions for several Source Selection and, as a result, has an excellent understanding of what it takes to deliver a winning proposal to the Federal Government.
Michael has received numerous civilian awards, decorations and accolades most notably the 2006 DoD Value Engineering Award, which was presented personally by the Commanding General of the Army Materiel Command, for his work on the Oracle Consolidated Purchase.
Michael received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College), and holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all courts of New Jersey, and the Federal District Court.
