Robert Parise

Robert J. Parise was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in January 2005 at which time he was named the Deputy Command Counsel for the U.S. Army Materiel Command. On June 1, 2005, Bob was appointed as the Acting Command Counsel, and became the Command Counsel on September 3, 2006. Bob was responsible for the furnishing of legal advice and services in all fields of law and regulation concerning worldwide Army Materiel Command Activities, including ethics, acquisition, logistics, intellectual property, environmental, employment and labor law.

Bob received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1978 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1975. He also holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
