Logistics Support

  • Supply Chain Management Support: Provide expert analysis and assessment of processes and supply chain models to ensure procurement, production and delivery of products and services so that operational readiness levels are cost effectively met.
  • Support to Expeditionary Logistics-Based Efforts From the Unit to Theater Level: Provide customers with required analytical support to ensure logistics processes provide for rapid response, asset visibility, and improved agility to sustain tactical force requirements at all echelons.
  • Industrial Base Leadership and Planning Support: Analysis support to ensure that the full spectrum of industrial base activities are sustainable, account for surge requirements in terms of ability of qualified suppliers across public/private spectrum to ramp up to support surge requirements. Provide risk management assessments of industrial base capability.
  • System Modernization and Technical Refreshment Opportunity Analysis/Support: Assess programmatic, technical and logistics impacts associated with system modernization decision making targeted at supporting improved performance, combating obsolescence issues, improving usability, reducing footprint and minimizing cost associated with support.
  • Provide Integrated Logistics Support Planning and Logistics Product Development Analysis and Support Down to the Foxhole to include:
    • Fielding
    • New Equipment and Refreshment Training
    • Provisioning and sparing
    • RESET
    • Disposal and Demilitarization
    • Obsolescence
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Export Strategy Design Support: Provide support in fully defining FMS opportunities, defining availability of platforms to meet requirements, defining modification requirements to meet security or unique FMS needs;
  • Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) Plus Support: Support PM activities in defining opportunities and associated cost, schedule and performance constraints for implementing CBM implementations.
  • Exploiting System Life Cycle Cost Reduction Opportunities Throughout the Equipment Life-Cycle: Work with customers in all phases of the life-cycle to identify opportunities to reduce cost based on cost-performance trade-offs, increased reliability, maintenance/supply concept changes, competitive procurement activity/procurement of competitive data, process changes that reduce production and sustainment costs, etc.
  • Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Support: Assist in all phases of PBL planning and analysis activities to include conduct of appropriate Business Case Analyses, PBL strategy development, planning and assistance, risk assessments/mitigation planning, and implementation.
