Prior to joining Ferlise and Associates, David Sharman served as the SES Director of the CECOM Logistics and Readiness Center. He served as the command’s senior leader in developing a vision, strategy, and implementing plans necessary to achieve an integrated enterprise approach to logistics sustainment and supply chain management for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance weapon systems. He provided leadership and overall senior management guidance to a global organization composed of 2,000 Department of the Army civilians, 1,300 contractors, and 15 soldiers in direct support of five Program Executive Officer programs and Department of Defense expeditionary logistics efforts. David led the eight directorates that form the Logistics and Readiness Center in core competencies of the national inventory control point, national maintenance point, security assistance to allied nations and coalition partners, production and industrial base management and planning, integrated logistics planning, field technical assistance that spans a global foot print which encompasses over 20 countries and 100 plus sites.
David has received numerous civilian awards and decorations, most notably the Army Exceptional Civilian Service Award in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, as well as, a Masters in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
